As my thesis work for the industrial technical artist program in late 2023 I set out to explore and create documentation about using PCG (Unreal engines nodebased procedural content generation system) for procedural biomes and landscapes. PCG was a new tool, still in beta at the time, so the documentation was quite sparse. I distilled my work in to a series of posts on different PCG and landscape related themes on a website I created specifically for this.
